Entity Setup/LLC

Hi, I live in CA and have my properties in Texas and Utah. I just ordered a Nevada LLC. For the best liability protection, I was told to get a Texas Limited Partnership, and make the LLC the General Partner. Does anyone know if this is a good idea? Does anyone know how to do this? Any advice would be appreciated. -Kevin

    This would fall under defrauding the lender. Title company may not know. Like with crime you take a chance if you will be caught.
