Easement/Right Of Way

I am in the process of buying a house with an Easement/Right of way issue. There is one a driveway for both my house and the neighbor (I own the entire driveway). However, the neighbor has an easement/right of way to pass through my entire driveway in order to get to his garage in the back of his house. The only place I have to park is on my driveway. My driveway is 27 feet wide, and my neighbor does not need more than 10-12 feet to pass to get to his garage. Am I allowd to park on my OWN driveway, since my neighbor is deeded a right of way that covers the entire width and length of my driveway? If I do, technically I am blocking his right of way even though he will NEVER use it.

You probably need to check with an attorney on this.

You may be able to come to a mutual agreement with the current neighbor, but then the next neighbor may not be as understanding.
