Do I Need...
Do I need to have a clause in the offer letter that states I might assign the contract? I only have a purchase agreement that has that clause in it. If It needs to be in the offer letter where can I find it. The only ones I can find state it cant be assigned.

In your purchase contract you just need to state: "your name and/or assigned".
Just find a contract that does not have non-assignment clause.
