Developer Will Not Approve Offer To Purchase Home.

They did not give any reason just it was not approved. Has any had to deal with this before. You have set your heart on a property and then it was crushed. Any way to make the developer sell the property to you. If that is the house you wanted and you do not want to look for another one. It seems the developer want to sell but are afraid to sell to people that can afford the payments. So they want people who can not protect themselves if the property falls on top of them. But those are the only people who can afford it in the first place.

I do not really understand your reasoning. Was the property for sale? What was the selling price? What was your offer? Did the seller accept another offer?

It is new construction. The developer maybe sold it to someone who would pay more. We were not under contract but I made the first offer.

Was this an investment property, or were you going to live in it?

Either way, get over it, and find something that will work for you...

Was your offer in writing? Was it for the full sale price demanded by the builder? Does the builder have a marketing agent? Did you use the marketing agent?

You have not really given us enough information to work with. What are the details?

The only way that you might have a case is if you feel they discriminated against you. Is this what you were getting at?
