Deed Of Gift To An LLC.

I'm looking for a copy for a good Deed of Gift (putting properties in my name into our LLC).

If you have one and are willing to share it, could you please email it to me?

Thanks,

OTW

PS, Now after I record it at the court house, do I have to inform the insurance co that the property is now in an LLC; then they change the policy to reflect that?

If I recall correctly, transfering assets to an LLC as part of the creation of the LLC is not a taxable event. You should not pay any transfer tax.

Doesnt transfering title/deed of a property from a private individual to a company (LLC) trigger the DOS clause?

if it does...how does one go about transfering ownership from an individual to an LLC w/o securing a new mortgage in the name of the LLC and w/o triggering the DOS clause??

...sorry to highjack the thread...but my question is related to your question grin
