Contingincy Date?
I am recently purchasing a home in new jersey, and somehow my atty. and myself missed the get out of the contract contingincy date. Is there a rule on the law books that says this date is unreasonable? The contingincy was based on securing a mortgage based on a favorable appraisal, which we did not recieve.
