Co-signer Question
When I was buying my house, I put my partner as the co-signer on the mortage (big mistake). Now with lower rates I was thinking about re-financing. My question is "Is there any way to get this person off the mortgage when she will not sign a Quit-Claim?
Please help with any info. Also I can prove that she was not paid one dime towards the house. [ Edited by houseidiot on Date 07/10/2005 ]
