Car Sign And Llc
Hi everyone,(hope everyone made it out
of this hurricane ok).
I have a 2 part question,
1st Would it be unethical or Illegal to put
a car sign in that says we buy houses
cash or other even if you can't buy cash.
2nd If I go to an llc do I sign all my contracts with my company name llc or
my www.name.Thanks everybody and have a

The Attorney who setup your LLC should have told you how to sign all legal documents. My Attorney instructed me to sign all legal documents company name, LLC by My Name, Manager. My Name is as it appears in the articles of organization for my LLC. I sign checks and anything else the company does this way.
Unless "www.name" is your legal company name you should not sign documents that way
