Can I Record Accepted Offer On Deed
Hi just got a signed Offer acceptance on a great view property. Several people are still trying to buy it. Can I record the acceptance with the county. It is a faxed letter. She is out of state. can I use that or do I need the original. Thanks, JIm

No way you can record an un-notarized P&S agreement...but you could record a memo of agreement and cloud the title.
Be careful & make sure you DO have a good binding contract before you record anything however, because it could be illeegal slander of title and you could be found liable for damages if you do NOT have good contract.
