Can A LLC Finance Property?
I am new to investment property. I want to buy a rental property in Colorado that I plan to keep. I own a business that is an LLC. I want to know if I can purchase this property in the LLC name with financing.

To build credit for your LLC, would it be best to purchase property in the LLC but personally guarantee the loan? Eventually building a credit history?
Then reaching a point where property is purchased and financed solely by the LLC.
Is it the same for an S-corp?
