1. Serving tenant with 3 day notice
2. Filing Cover Ltr, Summons, Complaint with courts
Next is serving tenants with;
Copy of Summons and ?
Anything else or have you normally served them with just the Summons?

BTW - I served the Summons and Complaint after buying the book" Evictions" by Nolo press.
I highly recommend this book for people trying to evict bad tenants..
