Buying a house under S-Corp
I need some help. I have formed an S-Corp per my RE attorney. He has one and buys his houses under the corporation.
My problem is my mortgage lender tells me that I cannot do that.
Something about nobody personally signing for the mortgage. I don't know much about this and would like to tell my mortgage broker that yes it can be done and here's how.
Could anybody tell me how?
I am in Florida.
