Brooklyn Lawyer?
Has anyone dealt with a lawyer in Brooklyn or the surrounding area that they would recommend? I am relativly new to rei and am looking for a good lawyer in my area who understands all the different aspects of RE law as it applies to Investors. (i.e. L/O, sub2 etc...)
I have talked/interviewed a few and had to attempt to explain to them what some of these methods were and how they worked. So I just figured if anyone has had any good experiences with a lawyer in Brooklyn (That is probably a contradiction in terms but you know what I mean) They would be willing to pass along the info so I can contact them and see if they fit my needs.
