Breech Of Contract
my cousion and i signed contracts for 2 condos seperate transactions, we both have same last names, my cousin decides to back out of deal and cancel her contract. she then realize 5 days later the recipt letter has my name on it with her cancel returned check. is the company in breech of contract if my oringinal property is sold.

I suggest you and your cousin contact the seller to straighten out the name mixup and confirm that her deal is cancelled and yours is not.
