BK Opportunity -- What Do People Think Of Offering A City
I have come across a city that has declared bankruptcy that owns ~188 parcels/buildings.
What do people think of Offering the City or BK Trustee, a bulk purchase (at a discount) on all these properties and then leaseback the critical ones (city hall, library, etc) as well as any undeveloped parcels they want and then develop / land bank the rest?

Do you have personal liability insurance with an umbrella policy or does the umbrella policy just cover the homes you own/rehab?
I have Kemper insurance. If you have a single member LLC, the umbrella will cover that too.
In other words, you can represent yourself pro se, but not your corporation.
