Becoming A Bussiness !
well we would like to become a bussiness first then transfer to a llc . Well my question is this... what if we use a name that at a later date is found out to be used by someone else? We are filing this week to get the paper work. Is this going to become a problem for us? Or might we just be able to add JnJ to the front of it?
