Bankruptcy After Chapter 7?
Does anyone know if a person can file a chapter 13 now, after their chapter 7 was discharged in 05/99?
She has an overleveraged property (by about 25K) with a second mortgage that is totally refusing to see his true position. If she could file chapter 13, get it dismissed after a bit, this would prompt him to settle I believe.
Anyone know? I have researched to internet, but cannot find this answer.
