  You could check with a Realtor.
  
  You could also go to one of the following sites:
  www.realquest.com
  www.sitexdata.com
  
  They are "pay sites" but offer free trials that would allow you to pull comps.

  Find a young realtor and offer to pay them $25 per comp.
