Assigning LLC Rights
Can anyone explain how I would go about assigning an LLC that has a property under contract? The property is a foreclosure that the bank is not willing to allow the contract to be assigned. I have heard you can assign your rights to an LLC, and I would like to verify this if possible. Thanks!

The LLC's operating agreement should have a provision for adding new members, managers, or partners and how the assests of the LLC are to be distributed.
