Assesment Lien for incorrect amount
Hello, I had a breakdown in my aqccounting office and the HOA dues were not paid for two months on a condo we use as a rental. The HOA liened the property for $2k plus fees when the amount owed was only $1k plus fees. Do I have any recourse against the HOA or the filing attorneys? Thank you, Fred
