Any Layouts For Writing A Proposal To Buy A Building?
i put this in a different area before i realized this is probably a better area for it:
I am just trying to figure out how to write a proposal to purchase an apartment building. it is for an online class so we can look around the Net for ideas, i just have no idea how to do this,
i decided to use a topic of purchasing a apartment building,and i am writing a proposal to my business parter
are there any places to get a layout to see how this is done? i am supposed to make it pretty large, over 10 pages and have diagrams
i was thinking of something that shows the income and expenses, several pics, and a diagram of the location, but other than that i dont know much about how to lay out the proposal,or drag it out to 10 or 12 pages
just wondering if there was some generic layout i could use for ideas

i am going for a finance degree and i am actually interested in doing this someday, thats why i picked this topic, i just dont know anything about it really

i found a layout for a proposal to buy land,but that seems like it would be different than an apartment building, would i just add things like expenses,income,stuff like that?
