Abandoned Property
I have received the warranty deed from the owner of a property that has been abandoned for 4 years. I am negoiating with the bank to buy the mortgage note but there is a title issue. One of the assignments is missing when this loan was sold from bank to bank. Is there any way I can wiggle out of paying the bank?

I will remember the full price offer advice.
I figured it sound like a scam. I am sure the buyer found the listing price to be low after he got offers so soon. But why would they ask me to up my bid, but not beat the buyer in first position. The listing agent told my agent every detail of the superior bid.
And it is taking forever to get that darn appraisal.
