72 Hours To Back Out Of Close In GA???
I am closing on a cash-out refinance of two houses this afternoon. Another broker was supposed to call me yesterday to schedule a closing of a better deal, but did not. (I've got mailed original GFEs from WAMU:Long Beach and the last word was it was a go but then they came back asking for more again).
If I go through with the first lender, sign the papers, etc. and the 2nd broker calls up saying "we are clear to close" what are my rights in cancelling the contract with the 1st? (The only reason I would consider this is because the 1st jerked me around and faxed incorrect GFEs causing me to lose 1 month and 2 hard money payments, plus their deal is still not as good).
