This is not true. There is definelty a right of recission in some states for some real estate purchases.

In Florida, for example, you have a 15 day right of recission for a new condo and three day right of recission on a used condo. These days are counted after the Buy/sell is signed, not after closing.

No. There is no such right for a purchase transaction.
This is only for a refinance. There is no recision period on a purchase.
