Finding Investments - Getting A Foot In The Door
How have you been most successful in acquiring commercial properties? Do you go though a broker, or have you had any success in cold calling properties? Do you look for neglected properties?
I have looked up owners in the county records and sent a few letters with no success.
Just curious and looking for successful ways to get a foot in the door and at least get to look at rent rolls, etc. Thanks!!
