Anyone Else Changing Over To Wood Style Tile?

I am not looking to spend a whole lot here. But I am looking to update the properties a bit.

Has anyone installed the updated "wood-plank-look" style tile in their rental properties?

    I've always like the wood style tile. But the LVT is more affordable and isn't quite as cold on your feet.

    I like the dark wood flooring.
