Will FNMA short sell?
I see at a recent sheriff sale that FNMA was the purchaser. I have never seen this before and thought that HUD did the foreclosures for FNMA. We have HUD and VA foreclosed homes listed on the mls but what is a FNMA house? The sale is still in the redemption period so the owner can still deal if a short sale is doable.
