will child support lien survie forclosure
i know of a child support lien on a property. its going to the courthouse. will this lein survive forclosure. i have purchased others in the past and jr. leins get wiped out but i saw a post on this site where it says irs and child support leins stay attached. ANY INFO IS APPRECIATED. :wow:
