Wheres The Lists?
I am having trouble getting a good foreclosure and pre foreclosure list. I tried the online lists even though I was advised not to..... I know why now. I called my county courthouse and they had no idea what I was talking about when I mentioned lis pendens lists, and it took a little before I was directed to the city planner. They didnt have lists I could print out either...... where do I get the pre foreclosure and foreclosure lists? I am in
I had aready thought of that, I just want to use diffrent methods.... thanks though. Ok I found where the list is...... now I just need to know how to search the records to get the doc numbers.... does anyone know?
Go down to the courthouse and ask for the department that hosts the foreclosure sales. If they are the same as elsewhere they have the list. Also, sales must be published so check for your local Business Review or some such.
To do the research, go to the courthouse and go to the department for civil cases. Give them a case number and tell them you want to check out the case.
Utilities meaning heat,gas,electric,hot water?
Your forgetting about the monthly payments on the hard money loan you took out,correct?
Also there might be and probably will be property taxes
that you will have to pay monthly.
