Where to start? Flipping.. Sheriff Sales or what?
Hi Where to start? I'm reading all this great information on this site. If you veteran investors had to do it all over again... would you suggest beginners to start with Sheriff Sales, Flipping, Short Sales, or Pre-foreclosures? Or What??? Thank you
