Wher To Start

Hello investors!!!



I am currently a soldier in the U.S. Army. I am returning home to texas in a couple of weeks from my 2nd, year long tour in Iraq. I have been studying real estate investment strategies and i figured the foreclosure market would be the best place for a rookie investor like myself to start out.



My Questions are:

1. Are online foreclosure directories reliable and accurate?

2. What kind of attitude should I expect from lending firms?

3. What kinds of lenders has the best attitudes towards real estate investors?
