When is the best time to get finance on a foreclosure? If I went to the foreclosure auction, should I already have finances in place or should I wait.
I have a little saved up for my deposit money, but should I get prequalified for a certain amount???
Here in CA you need to show up with cash or cash equivalent the day of the sale. I know some states allow a little time to come up with money, but it is not very much time.
