When Writing An Ad To Sell Property Should I Include The Address(m)

quinn profile photo

I know this may sound like a stupid question but I'm wondering if I should or not. I figure it like this, if I include the address people can go by an look at the property and call me if they want to see the inside if I don't include the address that could deter a buyer.

What do you guys do?

On the other hand people might drive by, see something they don't like and not call you. The don't like thing may be something you can easily change if only you heard about it. As a rule I try not to give out addresses. I like to see prospects reaction first time they see the property because it give me a fresh set of eyes to see what I am doing right or wrong.

    Hey,

I guess I would sort of take the middle ground.

I would give them a phone number to a recorded message that gives a WHOLE LOT more information on the house and then ends with the address.
