Whats The First Step?
i saw a abandoned house around the block from me today. the exteior was in good condition i would categorize this house under the pretty house category. i see $$ in this house , whats the first step in contacting the owners quickly and if i do should i lease option it or if it has equity and the owner wants to sell for what he owes on the mortgage should i flip it [ Edited by drewflow1 on Date 11/03/2004 ]
Whoah. First, find out who the owner is. Then talk to the owner. Find out what the owner wants. Find a good deal first, then figure out which technique to utilize. Don't go in with a set plan for the property until you know more about the seller's objectives and desires. Then structure whatever works!
