What Kind Of Pre-nod List Is This?
How would I go about finding this list? Is it possible to get access to it being a private investor? If not, what would I need to do to get the list?
The list is provided by the credit bureaus. It is a list of people who have mortgages that are late on their payments as reported to the credit reports.
The list does have restrictions since it is a credit report based list you can NOT mention Foreclosure.
