What Is The Difference Between County And Circuit Foreclosure
While researching foreclosure leads, I found a website that provides all the clerk of courts and property appraiser websites for the country. Of course, I only care about my county and adjoining counties as I am just starting out.
The clerk of courts for my county has some terms that I am unfamiliar with, and they sound so similar it makes me wonder what the difference is.

Wells Fargo Home Loans and Wells Fargo Bank are two different entities and therefore have two different Loss Mitigation departments.

I just wanted to post that the previous poster has the right idea. We find that keeping in constant contact with the lenders is the only way to keep an update phone list.

They are the deed holder local REO property. I have tried to contact the listing agent bunch of times (as well as my agent) and have not returned mine (or my agents) phone calls or emails. The price has dropped twice since the first time we attempted to contact him 3 months ago and I believe he is misrepresenting the bank by having a lined up buyer already when the price drops low enough (why else would he be unwilling to return phone calls on a potential cash sale?)
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
