I am trying to find the best R.E Investment software on the market. Or at least the best for a reasonable price. I am looking for any recommendations for some software to purchase. I find that I need help managing my properties. I am also looking for the best R.E investing system to follow.

I meant to suggest a system to follow. Yeah, I realize that they both are best at investing in infomercials than they are R.E. I am looking for a good system to follow or just a good strategy. I just gave those 2 clowns as examples.

In NC, a trustee state, there is no distinction between you as an individual and "a regular lender". Read and follow the state laws in AZ.
