I understand that there are more advantageous times to close than others. I cant remember if it is the 1st or the last day of the month? Help!
Close at the beginning of the most because most mortgage payments are paid in arrears (i.e. January's payment is made in February). So if you close in the beginning of the month, then the seller is responsible for that month's payment. Tanya
