What Is Do You Say?
I have been lurking and reading here for quite a while. I have also been knocking on doors, leaving notes and talking to owners during the preforeclousre time. ( I have talked to probably 40 homeowners already)
i have not had any luck whatsoever.
From those of you who take this approach, what do you say to the homeowner when they open the door?
Dont give up yet...you gotta keep on trying..remember, this is a numbers game..Good luck BTW, What have you been doing, exactly?
