    JH,
Not sure what your lookin' for. Are you looking for Pre-foreclosed leads? If so, save your money! Go to your local County Recorders office & sit down for a couple of hours & take FREE of charge ALL leads going through your county. You actually see the 'Notice of Default' No more BS leads to deal with! Do this every day.

JH, If you act busy, you'll get busy! Good luck to you man

I currently work full time, so other than vacation days - I can't get to the court house on a regular basis.

I am looking for what is considered to be the most useful / accurate pre-foreclosure online service. foreclosure.net / .com etc.

I realize that anyone else can subscribe to these services - therefore I will have competition, but until I am investing full time, I will have to rely on a website for notices of default, etc.

Even if the info is up to a week old, there will always be owners who will hold out -- I hope.

    thank you for your reply.

Anyone have any suggestions for the BEST site?

You could find out what paper your county posts its nods in and either get a subscription or see if they post the paper online.

    JH,
I currently use forclosureworld.net and am satisfied with it. The listings are not as fresh as going to the courthouse everyday but I will tell you that the last 2 ppre-forclosures that I purchased were obtained on this site. Some may call it begginers luck!! Who knows???

Might want to check with a title company. Here in Vegas Stewart Title, Nevada Title and the others all have NOD lists from the previous day. Get them online.

    I agree

you can save you dollars and head to the courthouse on a weekly bases or bi weekly for fresh leads on the pre-foreclosures. I personally go to the courthouse every other week , but I also use a site which I go to 3 times a week to pull and compare and they are not bad in price as well as the listing. You can checked them out if you like.
