What Does LIEN SOLD Status Mean???
i posted this question on the birddog forum but should of posted here. i was farming today and found five distressed houses. checked the tax website and three were behind in taxes a few months but two didnt pay their taxes since 1994 and on the top of the screen it said
"this property is in LIEN SOLD status"
what does this mean??
should i send out letters to the other three to see if they are interested in selling or another approach

i'm not sure what that means but send the letters and try to find their number. 411 can be a good start
