There are SO MANY forclosures/REO websites out there!
Does anyone have information for a great website to research Pennsylvania foreclosures and REO.
Thinking that someone out there might save me loads of time...thanks for any help. :-D
REO websites tend to be out dated, filled with properties that are under contract, bought or not even on the market still... This is just my experience... My best experience with REO's come from realtors that specialize in REO's... Find a good ne and they will be an invaluable resource for cheap properties!!!
