Vacant Home ,home Owners No Longer Living
I found a great home .Boarded up .The home owners are dead and no one at the county clerks office or tax office has any www.info.Now what?How can i go about finding out their relatives?No one has come forward to do a quick claim deed .There is however a lean on the property but and they are paying the taxes lets all .Please help.
That last sentence was really confusing. Who has the lien? Who is paying the taxes?

Also, most likely if its been sitting awhile and taxes being paid, its sitting for someone like you to come along and make an offer on it. The owner/Tax payer is potentially ( howeve not always) sitting on this as an investment.
