VA Foreclosure (Inspection Question)
If I wanted to purchase a VA house for sale do I have to get an inspection done before I make my offer?
I’m being told that if you make an offer to the VA and your offer is accepted you cannot back out due to getting an inspection that is less than desirable.
Does anyone have experience with VA foreclosures that can help me out?
It would suck to spend 400 bucks on an inspection then submit an offer that will be rejected.
Normally VA does not allow any type of out clauses as they sell as-is.
VA does have their own inspection report and I have been successful from time to time in getting a copy by simply asking their listing agent.
