I have seen it, but have not used it before. It is free for I think 10 days, then you have to become a member and pay a monthly fee.

If you want a free fillable PDF format HUD-1 form, then you should go to Legal Wiz. You can download it and just fill in the sections, then print it out. Looks more professional than handwriting the information in the boxes. If you don't know how to fill out a HUD-1, then I would suggest checking out this website on Understanding the HUD-1 Settlement Statement or even www.hud.gov - Your Settlement Costs.

    Hi fl_homebuyer,

Just thought I would let you know that I use EasyHud.com for my Hud-1's. The online form is easy for anyone to fill out, and it is completed in minutes. They receive my high rating. Best of Success!

I used a web site myrealestateoffice.com you can down load and fill in the form. Every time you fill in the form it will ask you to register, I just click the later button.
I never have to get online to fill in the form.
