Is there a way for me to find out for FREE when the next foreclosure sales are in Milwaukee, WI? AND Isn't there a 1 yr redemption after the sheriff sale for the owners to redeem the property? How much do I need to have if I bid at the sale? AND How much will the current owners have to redeem the property for ... total indebtedness + interest? :-?
if you consider going to the sheriff office every day free, then yes, that would be a great way to go. however I believe there is a daily paper dedicated to publishing these sales that you can subscribe to for a nominal cost.
As fro the particulars fro MKE, you can probably call the sheriffs office and they'd be glad to explain the rules there for free.

Yes call your sheriff's office and tell them you are intersted in bidding and find out what the rules are.
You can also ask them how to get a list of the upcoming foreclosure sales in the area. They may post it on a website.
