UNION PLANTER'S BANK-ANY LUCK-ANYONE?

i have a client with this bank and i was wondering if anyone had any luck with a short sale with this bank? confused

I applied with this bank back in May 03. They (the senior rep) took 2.5 months to tell me that I was turned down. I went with them because I knew I would need the cash due to impending hardships. She then said that she could get my refinance through another mortgage lender, that too, took another 2.5 months just for her to tell me that I was again, turned down. At that time, I had hit the hardships and now my house is in foreclosure. Very bad service. [ Edited by ebby253 on Date 11/23/2003 ]

I have dealt with this lender on a few deals. Their service and rates are sporadic. sometimes good, sometimes horrible.

As a mortgage broker I do not take any business to them. If I did it would cost me business.
