Trustee Sale Problem
I was a succesful bidder at a Trustee
sale.
Then after I wired the money to them ie
the balance, Trustee tried to recend ie cancel
or go back on the sale, because someone
did a short sale at the last minute which I was
not aware of.
I asked for opinions here 80% said drop it.
I did not sued the trustee, lender and title company. It all came out they gooofed and
made a big mistake conducting the trustee sale.
Now it is just HOW MUCH MONEY THEY ARE going to write the check for.
And folks it is for ALOT of MONEY.
This is a biz> a distressed situation think they
will not burn your butt if the shoes were reversed> think again.
Before u get into trustee sales READ your states codes on it BEFORE u embark on
bidding.
Also do not back down and let em kick you
in the butt when a problem occurs.
