TRUSTEE SALE> A MUST READ FOR ALL

skidoddle profile photo

If you are doing this you must read the post 2 down from this one and read all posts in that one.

I am starting back up on these and had a very strange trustee auction experience so if you are doing these go down and read the last post on it.

The point is ONE MUST KNOW the exact law on these in the state you are doing them.

For example in CA when you buy em at the courthouse steps you usually need the whole cashiers check for your entire bid.......we take say 4 cashiers check in increments just in case other bidders show up!!!!

And when we buy em here in Santa Barbara and Ventura County we then go over and record the darn deed > now funny biz can go on. Once the deed is record let em try to get teh property back from me!!!!!

In other states it aint done that way and I am working in Utah now where a real strange occurance has happened.

If you want to know the legal aspects of Utah Trustee sales go to my post and read it.

I think that anyone here having the EXACT knowledge of Trustee sales in other states should post it.

You only learn when you make a mistake or have a bad experience and I usually make all the mistakes and have all the bad ones!!!
