Titie Search
Trying to learn everything I can , I read a lot , listen to audio, and talk to people. But I never hear anything about doing a Title Search as part of a short sale. Is there enough time for one to be done, since the lender usually wants to close in aprox. 30 days.
Trying to learn more to change businesses!!!
